The FJ Cruiser, Sold in the US between the 2007 and 2014 model years, it was a popular (and very capable) off-road rig that still has a strong following today. This year’s Future Collector Car Show featured a particularly sweet FJ from its final model year. Finished in Heritage Blue, a color reserved specifically for the “Ultimate Trail Teams” edition. In addition to the already impressive list of standard equipment, this FJ has been added by its owner with a host of off-road goodies such as a skid plate, winch, LED lighting, roof rack, all-weather floor mats and color-keyed Volk Racing wheels a 33-inch BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A on raised, white letter tires. The performance of the sports engine is provided by a 260-horsepower, 4.0-liter V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. With its limited production run and massive underpinnings, it’s no wonder the FJ Cruiser is considered the collectible vehicle of the future.
