Volvo Car Malaysia (VCM) has opened the largest Volvo Car Damage Repair Center in Malaysia. Operated by iRoll Ipoh and located in Juru, Penang, the 40,000 sq.m. The facility is equipped with “modern systems according to the latest green technology”.
“The opening of our newest and largest Volvo Certified Damage Repair Center facility in Penang is an indication of our commitment to provide our customers with first class after sales services. Our customers have always been our priority, and with the opening of our third such center in less than a year, they can be assured that they will be looked after to Volvo’s international standards,” said VCM Director Charles Frump.
Juru was chosen due to its strategic location in the northern region and its proximity to major highways. According to VCM, the center’s modern and functional design complements the Scandinavian-inspired aesthetics of the Volvo brand.
The Car-O-Liner is a highlight. A powerful and accurate body and chassis alignment system allows technicians to detect all damages, even those that are not visible to the naked eye. With the help of Car-O-Liner, the body of a damaged car can be accurately, quickly and safely restored to factory standards, claims VCM.
The PIVAB mixing room and the expanded spray booth are also located in the center. The PIVAB mixing room provides a controlled atmosphere for technicians to mix paint accurately and consistently, while the PIVAB extended spray booth helps remove fumes and particulates from the air, creating a healthier and safer space for crews.
Volvo Certified Damage Repair Center is located in Juru, Penang at Lot 829, Jalan Saga Jaya 3, Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya.
