Barrett-Jackson Collector car auctions hosted the ultimate in automotive lifestyle, featuring elite collectible vehicles, world-class athletes, celebrities including Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman on stage to support the sale of a charity car and new attractions at this year’s Las Vegas auction, June 22-24. , in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. A total of 496 vehicles were sold at auction, all without reserve, for $29.2 million. In addition, Barrett-Jackson sold 264 authentic cars for more than $1.5 million, bringing total auction sales to $30.8 million, with a 100 percent passing rate and more than 30 world record auction sales.

The eclectic array of highly desirable collectible vehicles was diverse, including a Ferrari SF90 (Item 741), the 1972 De Tomaso Pantera (Item 702), featured in the “Fast and Furious” film series, iconic Las Vegas showman Danny Gans’ 1967 Ford Mustang (Item 767) and several significant car collections.

The top 10 non-charity vehicles sold at Barrett-Jackson’s 2023 Las Vegas auction were:

  6. 1961 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible (Item 761) – $275,000
  7. 1968 Shelby GT500KR (Item 708) – $275,000
  8. 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante (Item 758) – $275,000
  9. 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition (Item 737) – $260,700
  10. 1968 Ford Mustang Bullitt Custom Fastback (Item 768) – $242,000

2024 Lancer Craft Elite Runabout Boat (VIN 001)

A total of $865,000 was raised and Barrett-Jackson sold two charity vehicles to benefit the American Cancer Society and Kristi House, which provides treatment, advocacy and service coordination for all forms of child trauma. Lot 3000 was a 2024 Lancer Craft Elite Runabout Boat (VIN 001) and trailer that raised $165,000 for the American Cancer Society. Item 3001 one was an out-of-the-box 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 that raised $700,000 with 100 percent of the knockdown price going to Kristi House. Oscar-winning actress, producer and humanitarian Nicole Kidman was on stage to support the sale of the Challenger for Kristi House, offering tickets and a VIP meet and greet to Keith Urban’s concert in Las Vegas to the winning bidders. The Challenger charity car originally sold for $400,000, but a generous Barrett-Jackson VIP bidder immediately donated it back so it could be sold again for another $300,000. To date, Barrett-Jackson has raised more than $154 million for charity.

Automobilia sales were particularly strong, with 264 units sold in the No Reserve auction at Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas event for more than $1.5 million. The car auction total exceeded all previous Barrett-Jackson auctions outside of the flagship Scottsdale event. Bidding was particularly high on the 1920s Standard Gold Crown Fry Mae West visible gas pump, which set a world record for vintage gas pumps at $368,000. The top three cars sold at auction in Las Vegas are:

  1. 1920s Standard Gold Crown Bakery Model #177 Visible Gas Pump (Item 8277) – $368,000
  2. 1928 Ford Wayne Model 515 Visible Gas Pump (Item 7276) – $149,500
  3. 1950s stainless steel soda fountain in the Coca-Cola Regalia (Item 8265) – $80,500

This year’s Las Vegas event included the brand new Barrett-Jackson Fan Zone, which enhanced the guest experience with meet and greet opportunities with UFC and PBR (Professional Bull Riders) athletes. Professional bull riders appearing in the fan zone included Dakota Louis and Eli Vastbinder, both featured in new Prime Video documentaries. The road, and PBR athlete Colten Fritzlan. Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and his fans in the Barrett-Jackson Fan Zone

Those attending the auction were also able to meet former UFC lightweight champion Miesha Tate; 2023 UFC Hall of Fame inductee Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone; and former two-division UFC champion Henry Cejudo. The Fan Zone also featured a live performance by Robin Wilson and Jesse Valenzuela of the Gin Blossoms. Additional attractions include an on-site UFC Fight Pass “Extra Rounds” podcast, a Formula 1 activation, a PBR mechanical bull, photo opportunities, prizes and special appearances with PBR mascot ReRide throughout the three-day event.

The Las Vegas auction attracted other celebrities, including Grammy-winning country singer, songwriter and guitarist Keith Urban. Prominent sports figures included Portland Trail Blazers professional basketball player Anfernee Simons and Super Bowl-winning NFL head coach John Harbaugh of the Baltimore Ravens. Barrett-Jackson frequent visitor and TV personality Danny “The Count” Koker also stopped by to check out the collector vehicles.
