The Bugatti eyewear collection suggests that you are worth less

You know that obscenely overpriced hypercar By the name of Bugatti? The one that never cost less than $1.7 million? Well, now the brand offers sunglasses from Bugatti’s obscenely overpriced eyewear collection.

In case you didn’t know, some people have more valuable souls. Although they may appear to be buried in the same way, their soil is richer and free of creepy worms and insects. These people are the target market for the new eyewear collaboration between Bugatti Brand Lifestyle and Larry Sands. Who is Larry Sands? An optical trendsetter and entrepreneur who probably can’t afford a Bugatti’s $20,000 oil change, but we’re not his accountant, so we don’t know.

“When Bugatti called me, I was a bit surprised, but honored to be approached by the most powerful and luxurious car manufacturer in the world to create their glasses,” says Sands. “Everything I do is unexpected, and Bugatti Eyewear is one of my most unexpected works to date. Expectation is the enemy of creativity.”

Two years later, Sands and Bugatti’s “creative synthesis” created Collection One, eyewear that “harnesses the alchemy that can emerge when two pioneering visionaries work together.” The collection is available from $1,295 to $15,000.

Each piece is crafted in Japan in solid 925 sterling silver with real 18K gold and palladium. Is it any wonder that these are some of the most expensive materials in the world? To preserve the surface, a process known as Process Vapor Disposition evaporates solids into a substance that is then applied to the surface of the glasses. What will the uber rich think?

Like real Bugattis, carbon fiber and Macassar ebony trim the specs. And if you’re unsure of your place in life, you can be sure that when you see a bespectacled man or woman with a red enamel macaron on the bridge, you’ll know they’ve been cut from a smaller cloth. Given that only 37 will be made, the chance of subjecting yourself to this indignity is minimal at best.

“The decision to partner with a bona fide, respected and experienced artist like Larry Sands demonstrates our shared design ideals and vision of outstanding quality to create truly iconic products,” adds Wiebke Ståhl of Bugatti International. executive director. “Creating the new luxury eyewear is also key to our portfolio as it fills a strategic gap in Bugattis’ diversified brand lifestyle collection; I couldn’t be more excited to finally launch our new Bugatti glasses!”

This past weekend in Milan, the Bugatti Brand Lifestyle Collection One collection was presented for the first time in extremely exclusive boutiques where customers must be buzzing.
