If you want chase a dream and pocket 100 grand in the process, Chevy has the right option for you. The winner of Chevrolet’s “Lead Dream Chaser” contest will receive $100,000 and a 2024 Chevy Trax for three months to pursue their dream or passion.
The competition starts on Friday 13th January and those looking to get out of the rat race for three months can submit a short video about themselves, their dream and how they would use the cash and SUV to make it happen. Entrants will also share how they will use social media to document their funky adventure. Chevy is accepting entries until February 13, 2023, with finalists announced in March and a winner selected in April. Contest is open to persons 21 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States.
Chevrolet teamed up with Kickstarter CEO Everette Taylor to find the ideal candidate to chase the driver’s dream. Taylor has significant experience in developing successful businesses and supporting others in achieving their professional goals.
“The past few years have caused many to think about making their visions and ambitions a reality, and I’m excited to help Chevy find a qualified person to make their dream a reality,” said Everette Taylor.

This is a tough question because I can’t remember the last time I had a passion project on my mind, or even a long time when I wasn’t in a cubicle from 9 to 5. As I write this, I’m trying to think of what I’ve always wanted to do when I have an extended day off work and enough money in the bank to cover my bills.
I think I would finally start working on my script The Wizard of Oz reboot as an action film with Lindsey Lohan as Dorothy. It would definitely be a passion project because I can’t imagine anyone wanting to read the script, but you have to chase your dreams.
